Sheryl joined the Foundation in June 2020 after serving as National Coordinator, Philanthropy and Corporate Partnerships at the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation (JDRF). Previously, she was Development Assistant, Community Giving at the Toronto General & Western Hospital Foundation. She also worked in the Planned Giving Office at the national office of The Presbyterian Church in Canada as Program Coordinator, Gifts.
