Geoffrey Grayhurst is the President of Dorsay Development Corporation and is responsible for setting and implementing the corporate strategy of the company. Dorsay is an established real estate development and investment company active in both residential development and commercial acquisitions, and develops and owns properties in many joint ventures throughout the Greater Toronto Area.
Dorsay Development Corporation also acts as the global advisor for the real estate interests and investments of affiliates in Western Europe.
Mr. Grayhurst has been involved in real estate in the Greater Toronto Area for over 20 years. Prior to Dorsay, he was employed for many years in senior positions in a consulting practice and has worked for a large private development company.
Geoffrey holds a B.Comm degree in economics and an MBA. He is a member of the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties, the Urban Land Institute, the Urban Development Institute, Building Industry and Land Development, Lambda Alpha International, and is a Professional Land Economist. Geoffrey also sits on the boards for REALPAC and R-labs.
